Thanks to the new software update, you no longer have to regularly readjust the motion tightness setting on the HeadPLUS. Now, you can fully tighten these screws without ever having to adjust them again. Despite tightening the screws, the ability to manually move the HeadPLUS is not lost thanks to the software. With this new arrangement, you might feel a mechanical movement inside while moving the HeadPLUS. This situation does not pose a danger to the device. You can continue to use the product safely and easily.

The app was updated to Version 3.3.14 one week ago. The following is the description in the App Store.

Yes, the information policy is very bad and the short video let us alone with theese questions.
I also got a lot of other problems with edelkrone products but this is not the point here. But several updates habe never fixed them, i. g. the permanent failure with Bluetooth connection.

Sunday 04/21/24 and I just went and set up my HeadPLUS V1 and there is neither an update for my HeadPLUS V1 nor is there an update for the software as promoted. edelkrone does not say what the number of the updates is so there is no way to check if you have the latest firmware update or not. Perhaps communicating a bit better is in order.

Which version of the Android app is this update available in?
I have not seen the app update in some time. It would be helpful if version info for the apps is included in these posts as I would not want to tighten up the HeadPlus as the video shows without first knowing I have the update.
Is there an advantage to tightening it up all the way if I haven’t had a need to tighten mine at all for the payloads I use?
